Hawaii

So this past week, my parents went to Hawaii. We kids spent the week with Granny and Gramdpa Yeates, and visited a different aunt each day. We had fun but, so did our parents. They saw some beautiful things, went some cool places, and brought us back some souvenirs. We got a ukelele, shark tooth necklaces, braclettes, t-shirts that change color in the sun, and nail polish that changes color in the sun. They visited the Honolulu temple, climbed to a waterfall, hung out on a beach, and went on a helecopter. Here are some of the pretty pictures they took in Hawaii.

Happy Birthday to ME!

On August 6th it was my birthday, but the real party started on Friday when I took 5 friends up to the cabin for my birthday slumber party. We ate cake and ice cream, opened presents (some awesome stuff), had a pajama fashion show, did nails, and played games. Also, on Friday morning, the young women of the ward kidnapped me and took me (blindfolded) to McDonald's for breakfast. From my parents I got a pink cell phone and some really cute pajamas. Talk about an awesome birthday!!!!!

On Tuesday we went to the cabin with all the aunts and cousins on the Larsen side for a cousin trip. We went to the outlets, made necklaces, and bead art, and we played outside. We had so much fun.

SHED!

We have been planning to build a shed for a long long time, and yesterday we finally got around to it. My dad spent the entire day in the yard and we had help from his friends Tracy, James, and Mike, plus uncles Scott and Mark came. Grandpa Larsen, you'd be proud. The final result: well, the shed isn't done yet, but we did get most of the main frame up. There is still lots of sawdust, wood blocks, and power tools around the yard, but it will be very nice to have the bulk of it done!
