Kangaroo Zoo!

We have now been to Kangaroo Zoo twice in 3 days. The first time we went was for our cousin Olive's birthday party. Then yesterday we went with some of the Larsen cousins. It was a lot of fun. There is a lot going on at our house right now. Christmas is so soon and everyone is hurrying to get everything ready. There's no school for 2 weeks and we have lots of fun plans. Here are some pictures from all of our adventures.

Winter!

Wow! Winter is here and Christmas is right around the corner. We've been busy at our house getting ready for Christmas. It's been snowing a ton, and it really is looking like Christmas outside. We've played in the snow and gone to a Christmas party at our Dad's work. Here are some pictures from the past little while:

November

It's been a while since we posted anything. Really, our lives aren't really that interesting. Fall is here and you can tell from the look of our back yard. We spent a while on Saturday in outside raking leaves and playing around. Here are some pictures from the last few weeks.

Halloween Fun!

We had a fun Halloween at our house. The boys went trick or treating with Dad and some friends from the neighborhood. We hardly had any trick or treaters, but I did beat my mom in Uno several times. The boys sure got a lot of candy. Here are some pictures:

Cousins!

On Saturday, Molly, Bob, and family, were nice enough to host the annual Larsen Cousin Halloween Party, because Grandma and Grandpa are away. There are now 24 grandkids, with 2 on the way. That's a lot of people to keep entertained. We played games, decorated cupcakes, ate lunch, and we lined up for the annual picture. It was a lot of fun. Here are some pictures of the party:

FALL!

Fall is here! This week Theo had his Halloween pre-school program. He was awesome. His cousins Shrader, Samantha, and Jacob were in it also. Theo was a Knight. He is very excited about his costume. (You can view the pre-school program at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7Rqk6J1dYk ) Shrader is the cowboy next to him and Samantha is the fairy princess. Because we do not have school this weekend, while Dad was at work, we decided to go up to Mueller Park Canyon to see the beautiful fall leaves. It was amazing up there. Here are some picture from both the Halloween Program and nature walk:

Ethan's Birthday

Yesterday was Ethan's birthday. His day started off with an early morning football game. They played Jordan. Ethan made some great tackles. No one scored all game, and then finally in overtime, the other team scored. Ethan was a little upset, but they did really well. Then we came home and he got to open his presents. He got a Nintendo D.S. He was pretty excited. Grandma and Grandpa Larsen even sent him a Fort Drum t-shirt. In the evening, we took three of his friends to SkyBox at the Gateway for dinner and games. They all had a blast. All in all, I think it was a pretty sweet birthday!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ETHAN!

Today is Ethan's birthday! He is turning 10 today. He is starting off his morning at his football game, which we will be attending shortly. I'll post some more later with pictures, but for now, I'll tell you why Ethan is awesome. Ethan is such a wonderful, fun brother. He is so great at sports, he gets awesome grades in school, he is so nice and patient with all of us, and he is so fun to have around. We all love Ethan. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!

Back to School!

This past week school started. Yes, I started junior high. Scary, I know. But it's actually much better than elementary school. Ethan and Seth are liking school too! Ethan just started 4th grade and Seth is in 2nd. Theo started preschool at Aunt Jen Brooks' house and is loving it. School isn't that bad but getting into the swing of things takes a while sometimes. Of course, Mom made us pose for pictures before we could leave, so I figure I may as well post them!

Hawaii

So this past week, my parents went to Hawaii. We kids spent the week with Granny and Gramdpa Yeates, and visited a different aunt each day. We had fun but, so did our parents. They saw some beautiful things, went some cool places, and brought us back some souvenirs. We got a ukelele, shark tooth necklaces, braclettes, t-shirts that change color in the sun, and nail polish that changes color in the sun. They visited the Honolulu temple, climbed to a waterfall, hung out on a beach, and went on a helecopter. Here are some of the pretty pictures they took in Hawaii.

Happy Birthday to ME!

On August 6th it was my birthday, but the real party started on Friday when I took 5 friends up to the cabin for my birthday slumber party. We ate cake and ice cream, opened presents (some awesome stuff), had a pajama fashion show, did nails, and played games. Also, on Friday morning, the young women of the ward kidnapped me and took me (blindfolded) to McDonald's for breakfast. From my parents I got a pink cell phone and some really cute pajamas. Talk about an awesome birthday!!!!!

SHED!

We have been planning to build a shed for a long long time, and yesterday we finally got around to it. My dad spent the entire day in the yard and we had help from his friends Tracy, James, and Mike, plus uncles Scott and Mark came. Grandpa Larsen, you'd be proud. The final result: well, the shed isn't done yet, but we did get most of the main frame up. There is still lots of sawdust, wood blocks, and power tools around the yard, but it will be very nice to have the bulk of it done!

Park City Trip

Every summer, we head to Park City, with the Yeates family. We stay at the same hotel each year. We swim, go on the Alpine Slide, shop at the outlets, hang out in the hotel rooms, and go out to dinner together. On the 24th of July we headed to Park City for the annual trip. Unfortunately, Kellie was absent due to health issues, and Tyler and River only came for one evening, but we had a lot of fun. We played in the pool for a very long time:
Played around at the Park City Mountain Resort park. We we went on the Alpine Slide and did the kiddie rides. We ate at the Baja Cantina. Granny, Seth, Drew, and Milo liked the hats!
